Eligibility for Return

  • Due to the perishable nature of fruits and vegetables, returns are accepted only if:
  • The product is damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery.
  • The wrong item was delivered.

Refund Process

  • Complaints must be reported within 2 hours of delivery.
  • Please share product photos for verification.
  • Once approved, refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been consumed or stored improperly.
  • Delayed complaints beyond the reporting window.
